Most Estate Agents use their staff take their own photographs. It is widely believed among estate agents that taking their own photographs saves them money, especially in the current economic climate. Oculus Studios believes this is false economy.
Anyone can buy a camera, point it at a house or a room and take a photograph. Most people would look at the photograph and say it was fine. Take a look at some of the photographs on this page and compare them to the average estate agents photographs.

So what is the cost?
We use a very simple formula for our Estate Agency photography. We charge our clients a minimum of £40 per home or 0.02% of the house value (whichever is the greatest).
What do you get?
Our clients receive a minimum of 10 professionally taken photographs of each house web ready to upload to their website and also third party websites.
Aerial photography
An elevated viewpoint of a house often improves how it looks (see top photograph) and can show its surroundings. As an optional extra, Oculus Studios can offer this service to estate agents or clients wishing to improve their chances of selling their house.
