With only 13 apartments on the duplex, the pool is not overpacked like on the main complexes, there are sun loungers available and you won't have to get up too early to get one!

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

We offer 10% discount on the 3rd and subsequent weeks.

ie: The first two weeks are charged at the weekly rate, 3rd week is charged at the weekly rate less 10%

Only when payment has been received will a booking be confirmed, we operate strictly on a 1st come 1st served basis.

A 30% deposit will secure your booking.

The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

If a booking is made within 6 weeks of your arrival, payment must be made in full.

Cancellation policy:

The 30% deposit is none refundable.

less than 1 week before your arrival: 10% will be refunded.

less than 2 weeks: 20% will be refunded.

less than 3 weeks: 30% will be refunded.

less than 4 weeks: 40% will be refunded.

less than 5 weeks: 50% will be refunded.

less than 6 weeks: 60% will be refunded.
